This policy explains how Entropía Studios handles personal data when you visit entropia-studios.com. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell your data.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Browsing: this is a static website. We do not run accounts, forms or newsletters, so we do not ask you for personal data to use the site.
Contact: if you email us, we receive the information you choose to share (name, email address, message) and use it only to reply.
Analytics: with your consent, we collect anonymised usage statistics (see below).
Cookies and analytics
We do not set any tracking cookies until you accept them in the cookie banner. Strictly necessary functionality does not require cookies.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used. It is loaded with Google Consent Mode, IP addresses are anonymised, and no advertising features are enabled.
You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage. Declining leaves the site fully functional.
Embedded trailers load only when you click play. YouTube videos use youtube-nocookie.com and Vimeo videos use its do-not-track mode, so no video cookies are set beforehand.
Legal basis
Analytics is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD). Replying to your email is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Sharing and hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical server logs to deliver the pages. Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@entropia-studios.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
